Gecad Ventures invests in hi-tech companies from CEE with meaningful prospects of scaling internationally, including verticals like Cybersecurity, Fintech, AI/ML, AR & VR and IoT.

We are a “glocal” team with operational expertise. We strive to make the entrepreneurs’ ambition for expansion a reality. We partner with strong entrepreneurs who have a vision for their businesses to become regional and national champions. We apply our operational expertise and network in addition to deployed capital, in order to unlock growth for SMEs with high potential to become success stories. We look for businesses in high growth sectors such as consumer, niche healthcare, technology and B2B services with EBITDA of 500k+ EUR, in which we can invest between 5 to 15 million EUR.

PRIMAINVEST CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SRL is particularly interested in investing in the local and global capital market, in companies with growth potential or in fundamentally undervalued companies. We also have a special interest in the venture capital investment area in innovative start-ups (pre-money, seed capital) in areas such as online business, fintech, heatcare. We engage in startup projects with business experience accumulated in hundreds of consulting and investment projects, facilitating access to a solid network of professional collaborators and playing the role of an active investor.
